A place in the center of Hinckley, Ohio where local boutique retail shops, a brewery, office space and a fine dining restaurant/winery are meticulously nestled together on a 9-acre park. Green space, walking trails and numerous gathering areas act as the nucleus pulling nature and physical space together.

Bluestone has the need for a full-time General Manager that is loyal, conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated to customer service. A can-do attitude coupled with positive energy will be essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities:

◦ Assist in management of the construction process.
◦ Identify appropriate vendors for inclusion in the unique offerings Bluestone envisions.
◦ Establish leasing arrangements.
◦ Ensure all lessee requirements are anticipated and met daily.
◦ Perform daily inspections of the property to ensure visual standards are met.
◦ Identify needs and hire appropriate staff.
◦ Interact daily with visitors and vendors.
◦ Schedule and manage special events.
◦ Utilize resources provided by other family-owned companies to manage Bluestone.
◦ Establish and manage annual budget.

Qualifications:

◦ Ability to work in a demanding fast paced environment.
◦ Ability to work varying schedules and hours is required.
◦ Daily onsite office attendance is required.
◦ Education: College degree preferred.
◦ 10 years of relevant experience required.
◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
◦ Experience in property management preferred.
◦ Proficiency in problem solving and a sense of urgency are a must.
◦ Positive energy and a can-do attitude are essential for success.

The appropriate compensation package will be designed for the right candidate, including health/dental/vision, paid vacation, and 401K plan with a yearly profit-sharing bonus opportunity.
